Dancing for Rancho Ventura is Sommer Frisk

Since beginning her radio career in 1995, Sommer Frisk has always placed importance on keeping radio local and connecting Cumulus with the community. As a force in the local media market, Sommer leads 100.7 KHAY, 95.1 KBBY, 103.3 The Vibe, 106.3 Spin FM and 1450 Sports radio in relevant ways that also bring benefits to local community organizations. Recent recognition from the radio industry includes 100.7 KHAY being named Best Small Market Radio Station in the country for 2019 by The Academy of Country Music.

The Rancho Ventura Trustees and team are more than thankful that Sommer said yes to the 2019 Oxnard Salsa Festival’s Dancing With Our Community Stars to help build awareness and raise funds to keep Rancho Ventura’s “Home of the Two Trees” projects, programs, and events going. Sommer has been with The Trust since day one and plays a special role in guiding the trust with Rancho Ventura’s outreach and supporting programs and events that benefit the community and the land.

Sommer is thrilled to help benefit the Rancho Ventura Trust by participating in the event and looks forward to having some fun!
